In these Terms of Use:
(a) “Approved Purposes” means any purpose that is legal and does not violate these Terms of Use.
(b) “Authors” means the visionaries, creators, writers, inventors, designers and developers of the Vision and Journey® books, series, methodology, system, software, Website and Services.
(c) “Comments” mean any requests, questions, feedback, error reports, ideas, opinions, and all other communications submitted to or shared on the Website and Services.
(d) “Intellectual Property” means the Vision and Journey® books, series, methodology, system, software, Website and Services, including videos, apps, books, maps, charts, diagrams, illustrations, designs, documents, forms, data models, screen formats, computer code, and all related text, images, audio, video, other media and communications that are delivered on or distributed via this Website and Services.
(e) “Member-Only Resources” means the videos, apps, books, illustrations, mentoring notes and recordings, downloadable resources, and other intellectual property that form the Website and Services, and that reasonably are not intended for sharing with third parties who do not have Membership access to the Website and Services and are not part of your study group, work group, advisors or other supports.
(f) “Public Forum” means any area of the Website that offers the opportunity for Users to distribute Comments for viewing or listening by one or more Website users.
(g) “Publishers” means the party(s) that prepare, produce, deliver and distribute our intellectual property, Website, Services, and all forms of communications including newsletters, magazines, brochures, affiliate images and texts, marketing materials, and other materials.
(h) “Third-Party Content” means any text, images, audio, video or other media on or distributed via the Website and Services that has been provided or shared by parties other than ourselves.

(j) “Vision and Journey® Group” means Vision and Journey® International Ventures Ltd., Vision and Journey® Holdings Inc., and all affiliate entities, Authors and Publishers whose intellectual property, proprietary information, creative and moral rights, and related rights are embodied in the Website and Services.

(m) “You” “Your” “Yourself” means you individually along with any other persons or organizations on behalf of whom you are using the Website and Services, and who benefit from use of the Website and Services.

You must follow all policies of this Website and Services, and only use the Website and Services for the Approved Purposes described in the Website and Services themselves, as well as in these Terms of Use. You must not interfere with the Website and Services or try to access any portion of it using a method other than what we have provided.

To use certain features of the Website and Services, you need to register as a Member of this Website. You agree to provide and maintain account information about yourself that is true, accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
2.2 Restrictions on User Name
You may not use a User Name that is the same as or a variation of any names, expressions or terminology used in the Vision and Journey® books, series, methodology or system, even if you have a claim to that name beyond this Website and Services. This applies to existing and future Vision and Journey® works.
You may not use a User Name that is offensive or confusing to anyone using the Website and Services who may be exposed to your User Name.
Vision and Journey® International will decide whether your User Name contravenes these Terms and, in the event that it does, will ask you to choose a new User Name or will provide you with a compliant User Name.
2.3 Refund Policy
14-day Refund Policy: This applies only to Memberships without a Free Trial period. You may request a refund of your Membership fees for up to 14 calendar days after purchase, provided you have acted in compliance with these Terms of Use. No reason is required, but we would appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve this Website and Services. (Memberships with a Free Trial period are not refundable.) 2.5 Boundaries for Sharing Member Resources
You may NOT share the intellectual property that is part of the Website and Services with third-parties who do not have Membership access to the Website and Services, and who are not part of your study group, work group, advisors, or other supports. Member-Only Resources DOES include the videos, apps, books, illustrations, mentoring notes and recordings, downloadable resources, and other intellectual property that form the Website and Services and that exist behind the sign-in pay wall.
You MAY SHARE anything that Member-Only Resources DOES NOT include, such as your own experiences, understanding, conclusions, decisions, your App PDFs, your filled-in charts and materials, your insights, experiences and work product that you, individually or with your study group, work group, advisors or other supports, have gained or produced from using the Website and Services (“your Experience”).
We encourage you to share your Experience at your discretion as this may help to stimulate your creativity, ideas, self-understanding, focus, insights, decisions, skills, productivity, progress and growth, and will enhance your results and benefits from using the Website and Services.
2.6 Public Forums
You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy in a Public Forum, and that anything you disclose is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose through any media. You are solely responsible for any information you disclose and for any Third-Party Content you distribute on this Website under your User Name, and for all related consequences.
We do not monitor any Public Forum on the Website or Services. We recommend that you be cautious of information provided by others, and make sure that you verify it with reliable sources. Anything you use from a Public Forum is at your own risk.

We cannot use Comments that are intended to contribute ideas to or influence the Vision and Journey® books, series, methodology, system or software. We ask that you DO NOT SUBMIT to us and DO NOT DISTRIBUTE any Comments that include (i) stories, story ideas, story elements, scenarios or experiences, and (ii) systems, methodologies, processes, tools, templates, forms or anything else used for personal, professional, business or organizational development.
Should you submit any such Comments in breach of this section, you acknowledge that such Comments are not confidential and not proprietary and that We may use, or not use, such Comments for any purpose whatsoever in our sole discretion without any obligation or liability to you.
